We have been working on the new version of Rain Alert with new features, but it took a bit more than we had originally expected with the appearance of iOS4.Yesterday, the users with the Free version of Rain Alert have been notified with a new version that seemingly turns the free version into the paid Pro version. It was our unintentional mistake to update the lite version with the pro version. However, we have identified a serious bug with the pro version and the alerts may not work. Therefore we have regretfully removed the Free version of Rain Alert from the AppStore, and those who have downloaded the updated version are stuck with a version that does not provide proper alerts. Please stay tuned for the next updated release that will be available after Apple’s approval process (usually about a week or two). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In the past few weeks, we have had over a thousand votes on what we should bring out in the next versions of i-Gun. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to all i-Gunners around the world! The new weapon update has been out a few hours ago, and it looks fantastic. Make sure to download v13 today!

i-Gun Ultimate now offers you a selection of 11 original and 12 RS weapons, but we’re not going to stop. We’re committed to bring you the best arsenal experience for your iPhone and iPod Touch, as well as the new iPad.

PS. i-Gun Ultimate has become quite complicated piece of software. If you experience malfunctions, simply reset your device by holding down the power button for 5 sec and sliding the red arrow.

Oops, Rain Alert weather server is experiencing technical difficulties.

Unfortunately, the push notifications may not work until you install the new update version (which has already been submitted to Apple for approval) and hit the “Save” button once again.

We’ll give you an update on Twitter when the new version becomes available shortly.

Rain Alert is now fully functional. For those who have downloaded the application before April 12th and have not updated, please update your application to the latest version. Of course, the update downloads are always free of charge!
